No, but it does help if you have done so and added your information as this will save time.

2. I have been contacted by a claims company who are pressuring me to use their solicitor.

We don't use high pressure selling. Remember it is your choice. 

3. Will you deal with my insurer for me?

Yes, if that is what you want.

4. My car is going to be off the road. Can you sort out a replacement?

Yes.

5. The accident was my fault. Will you still help me?

Yes.

6. There is something about the accident which makes me think it may have been faked. What should I do?

Don't confront the other driver. Follow the instructions in iAccident to make sure you capture all the right information.
7. My solicitor says there is a catch with the iAccident app.

We offer our app for solicitors to use with their own branding. Tell your solicitor about this and we will be happy to talk to them.

8. My insurance company has its own app and why should I use yours?

Competition is a good thing and we aim to offer both a better app and service than the insurance companies.

9. My parent/boss/children/next door neighbour has had an accident but does not have a smartphone. What can they do?

No problem, you can use iAccident on your phone by adding their details in the appropriate screen.

10. Why don't you talk about compensation?

If you need a lawyer we will put you in touch with one but we are not going to give you the hard sell.

11. Will you sell my referral details to a personal injury lawyer?

No.
